How to cancel Netflix
Netflix is a streaming service billed monthly.
- 1Sign in to Netflix in a web browser (the cancel option isn't always in the TV or mobile app).
- 2Open Account from the profile menu.
- 3Under Membership, select Cancel Membership and confirm.
Good to know. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for; Netflix doesn't prorate refunds. If you signed up through Apple, Google, or a cable provider, cancel there instead.
