How to cancel Dropbox
Dropbox sells paid cloud-storage plans (Plus, Family, Professional).
- 1Sign in at dropbox.com and open your account's Plan settings.
- 2Select Cancel plan / Downgrade to Basic.
- 3Confirm the downgrade.
Good to know. Make sure your stored files fit within the free Basic limit before downgrading, or move them first. The plan stays active until the end of the billing cycle.
