How to cancel Microsoft 365
Microsoft 365 is the Office apps + cloud subscription, billed monthly or yearly.
- 1Sign in at account.microsoft.com and open Services & subscriptions.
- 2Find Microsoft 365 and select Manage.
- 3Turn off recurring billing or choose Cancel.
Good to know. Turning off recurring billing lets you keep the apps until the term ends without being charged again. After it lapses, the Office apps switch to read-only.
