How to cancel Zoom
Zoom sells paid plans (Pro, Business) for longer meetings and more hosts.
- 1Sign in at zoom.us and open Admin → Account Management → Billing.
- 2Open Current Plans and select Cancel Subscription for the plan.
- 3Confirm — it's set to cancel at the end of the term.
Good to know. Your paid features remain until the current term expires, then the account reverts to the free Basic plan.
