How to cancel Peloton
Peloton sells the All-Access (hardware) and App fitness memberships.
- 1Sign in at onepeloton.com and open Subscriptions in your preferences.
- 2Select the membership and choose Cancel / Manage.
- 3Confirm the cancellation.
Good to know. Cancel the App membership on the web if you bought it directly, or in your app store if you subscribed through it. All-Access (Bike/Tread) memberships are managed in your Peloton account.
